• CSSD normally garnishes PFD funds against Non-Custodial parents that are $50 or more in arrears. We do not garnish for on-going support obligations.
   

• Garnishments are normally applied against Non-Custodial parents who are eligible for the PFD and have applied.
   

• Garnishment payments from the Permanent Fund Division are received over a 6 month period beginning October 2007 and running through March 2008.
   

• You may check to see if a garnishment payment was received by going to KIDS Online.
