Child Support Guidelines – Your Chance to Comment
The Child Support Guidelines Review Committee invites your comments on its recommended changes to Alaska’s child support guidelines contained in Civil Rule 90.3. Information on the committee’s recommended changes can be found on the Alaska Court System’s Request for Comments page at: Request for Comments.
The deadline to submit comments is Friday, October 2, 2026. You may submit a comment through SurveyMonkey surveymonkey.com/r/90-3comments, by email ChildSupportRule@akcourts.gov, or by USPS mail to Rule 90.3, c/o Stacy Steinberg, Alaska Court System, 820 W. 4th Ave., Anchorage, AK 99501.
