Receiving Child Support

Through the CSED Member Services Portal, CSED offers online enrollment for direct deposit to your own bank account or the U.S. Bank ReliaCard prepaid debit card.  Both payment methods are a safe and secure way to receive your child support quickly and efficiently.  Please choose one option that best suits your needs.


Direct Deposit to your own bank

Log into the CSED Member Services Portal and enroll or update your payment method.  You will need to have some information on hand to complete this, including your bank account type (checking or savings), routing number and account number.  For confirmation of a child support payment directly deposited into your account, please contact your banks customer service center or review your bank statement online.  


U.S. Bank ReliaCard Prepaid Debit Card

Log into the CSED Member Services Portal and select the ReliaCard prepaid Visa® debit card as your payment method.  You will be required to acknowledge the preacquisition disclosure forms prior to prepaid card enrollment.  A card will be mailed to you and your funds will be loaded onto your card.  You then can use the funds right away to make purchases, pay bills, or get cash back.  It can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. It's that simple!

Important Reminders that affect your child support payments

  1. Direct Deposit to your own bank account or the U.S. Bank ReliaCard takes two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  2. Always maintain a current mailing address with CSED to prevent a delay in payments to your bank account, prepaid debit card or check payment
